Yes. As you read it. The amazing Steph and Lucas have created OpenVC; a radically open and free list of more than 4000 VC firms categorised by countries of investment, stage, and first check.
As they like to describe it: "OpenVC is an open resource (think Wikipedia) where VCs can claim their investment thesis. By doing so, VCs receive less spam from clueless founders. They also drive highly-qualified deal flow. In return, it makes life easier for founders (yes, it matters)."
You will find VCs tagged as "Verified data" which means it is reliable. It has been provided by the funds or added by OpenVC. The rest of the data is crowdsourced so less reliable. Use your discretion.
Not just this. OpenVC has as well some partnerships where they provide lists of the best financial models for pre-seed and seed & Post-Seed startups as well as financial models for VC firms, not to mention as well a full list of templates for startup pitch decks.
